TP is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent inbound support for services or goods in a dynamic environment in Porto, Portugal. You will manage customer requests, clarify doubts, and maintain a positive attitude toward the brand.

The ideal candidate has fluent French (C2) and English (B2), plus experience in customer service. You will join a team that values strong communication, discretion with confidential information, and continuous training.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken French (C2) required.
• Good knowledge of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Experience in customer service (preferred);
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
