We are looking for Italian speakers to join our client'smulticultural team as a Customer Support Specialist-a leading company in the BPO, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you are passionate about helping others and seeking a vibrant workplace, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer problems.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian speaker.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) at B2 level and higher (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus (but NOT a must as you will receive a comprehensive on-the-job training to prepare you for the role).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
