Qualificações

Overview

Job Opening: Customer Support Agent (Italian or French) in Lisbon

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Starting Date: 17th February

Project Overview: Role: Customer Advisor

Languages Required: Italian or French (C2) + English (B2)

Schedule: Rotative shifts, Monday to Saturday; 2 days off (Sunday and one rotational)

Compensation
  • Language Premium Bonus
  • Transportation Bonus: 720/year
  • Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross salary

    • 1,000 for relocation within Portugal
    • 2,500 for relocation from outside Portugal

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide support via live chat, email (inbound calls may occur based on the project).
  • Identify client issues and troubleshoot to provide effective solutions.
  • Document actions taken and categorize cases, including identifying potential bugs.
  • Stay updated on client policies and guidelines, including Policy, Safety, and Copyright Management.
  • Resolve technical issues such as video playback, account errors, and membership problems.
  • Analyze data and trends to provide meaningful insights for customers and report on key performance indicators.
