With our proprietary software, mobile app, and an international network of legal experts, we scale protection programs across 30+ countries including Turkey, India, Egypt, China, and Brazil.

Who are we looking for

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager (Brand Protection) to own a portfolio of counterfeiting projects for EU clients. You will be the day‑to‑day face of Brand Monitor for your accounts—coordinating internal legal, ops, and analytics teams, ensuring measurable enforcement results.

What you’ll do
  • Manage a portfolio of protection projects across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Drive outcomes and report on measurable results for each project.
  • Coordinate internal legal, operations, and analytics teams with clear priorities and accountability.
  • Communicate directly with clients: handle requests, run regular update calls, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Prepare customer‑facing reports and presentations; turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EU brands.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and become an expert in our enforcement methodology.
  • Support the sales team in client meetings and sales scoping with enforcement/IP strategy inputs.
What you bring
  • Law degree is required.
  • 3+ years in one or more of the following:
    • Customer Success / Account Management in B2B services.
    • Brand Protection / Anti‑Counterfeiting roles with global brands.
    • Legal professional coordinating enforcement or IP‑related client projects.
  • Knowledge of Intellectual Property law; on IP enforcement is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills; confident with clients.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
