Description

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, implementing our platform, and ensuring their satisfaction. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to experience different production environments, build strong partnerships with our clients, and expand your knowledge in Industry 4.0, IoT, data analysis, and production management.

PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Project Management;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis;
  • Team spirit, communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset;
VALUED
  • Good level of English;
  • Experience in industrial environments;
  • Knowledge of SQL database language.
