Customer Service Specialist German Speaker. Remote position. Start: 12 June 2025 | Full-Time, Permanent.
About the role

Main Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts (phone, email, chat) as the frontline for a leading car manufacturer (brand confidential).
- Assist on various topics: from technical support to general service inquiries.
- Provide solutions in a clear, empathetic, customer-focused manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Operate in a fast-paced, multilingual environment, maintaining premium service standards.
Language Requirements
- German: Native or near-native (C2)
- English: B2 (intermediate)
Schedule
- Rotational shifts: Monday–Sunday, 24/7 operation (remote after training, if needed)
- 2 rotating days off per week
- Flexibility for shift work, including nights/weekends
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 1,100/month (x14 months/year)
- Complexity bonus: 80/month (x11 months/year)
- Position bonus: 20/month
- Meal allowance: 7.23/day (net)
