Customer Service Representative Portuguese Speakers (Work from Home in Greece)

Are you a fluent Portuguese speaker looking for a new opportunity in an international environment? Join our Customer Service team in Athens, Greece, and become part of a global leader in customer experience solutions!

You will be supporting well-known international brands, helping customers via phone, email, and chat all from the comfort of your home.

If you are based outside Greece, don’t worry we provide relocation support, including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and real estate agency assistance to help you settle in smoothly.

Both the training and the job itself are fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support in Portuguese via phone, chat, or email.

Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure timely resolutions.

Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

Follow company guidelines, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistent service quality.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve the customer experience.

Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with product knowledge and procedures.

Requirements

Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1 level minimum).

Good command of English (B2 level or higher).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Basic computer and typing skills; ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus, but not mandatory.

Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, depending on the project.
