What You Will Do In This Role
  • Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products and services by incoming calls or emails.
  • Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
  • Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
  • Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
  • Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
  • Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions.
  • Are proactive, results‑driven, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
  • Having previous customer experience is a plus.
