About the Role:

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What Are Your Tasks:
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Schedule & Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts between 06:00 and 22:00.
  • Weekends off: Saturdays and Sundays are your days off.
  • Commute Support: We offer Uber reimbursement up to 25€ for early morning shifts starting at 06:00.
What We Offer:

Salary: Competitive package (to be disclosed during the interview).

Welcome Bonus Receive a 3000€ bonus upon joining.

Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day.

Transport Allowance: 20€ per month.

Health Insurance:

  • Available from Day 1 (small monthly contribution required).
  • Fully covered after 6 months of employment.

Relocation & Benefits for Lisbon Hires:

  • Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400€ (Economy class) after completing 6 months.
  • Accommodation Support: If relocating from outside Portugal, you can stay in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at 280/month (utilities included, deducted from your salary).
