What You Will Do In This Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.
  • Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions.
  • Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up to date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
  • Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Your Qualifications
  • Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Have experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role
  • Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Are tech‑savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Have excellent problem‑solving skills and patience when dealing with users
  • Having experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus
