Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 07:00 19:00 (Rotational Shifts)
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Your Mission:

Join our growing team in Braga and become the friendly, reliable voice for our French-speaking customers!
As a Customer Service Representative, youll help clients solve their problems, answer questions, and create positive experiences that build trust and loyalty.

Youll work in a supportive environment where communication, teamwork, and empathy make all the difference.

  • Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
