Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Contract

About the Role:

Are you a Dutch-speaking professional looking to expand your career in a vibrant city like Lisbon? Join our team of customer service experts and deliver exceptional service to our clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Schedule:
    • Days: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays).
    • Hours: 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational Shifts).
    • Days Off: Weekends.
  • Work Type: On-site.
  • Base Salary: 1,100 (14 installments per year).
  • Performance Bonus: 100 (paid annually).
  • Complexity Bonus: 100 (paid annually).
What Youll Do:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer concerns through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the team.
What Were Looking For:
  • Language: Native or fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written).
  • English Proficiency: Intermediate level (required for training and company communication).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment.
