Customer Service Home Appliances (Italian Speaker)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:0019:00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Work Model: On-site

Contract: CDD, 6 months

Salary & Benefits

• Performance Bonus: 100 per month x 12 months
• Welcome Bonus: 1,000 (paid in 4 instalments; <6% absenteeism condition applies)
• Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month
• Health Insurance: From day 1 (free after 6 months; contribution required initially)

Paid in 4 equal instalments:

• 1st: After 3 months of contract (paid in month 4)
• 2nd: After 6 months (paid in month 7)
• 3rd: After 9 months (paid in month 10)
• 4th: After 12 months (paid in month 13)

Condition: Maintain less than 6% absenteeism.

Relocation Package (Lisbon Candidates from Abroad)

• Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 (economy), paid at end of 6th month
• Shared Accommodation: Room in shared apartment for up to 12 months, rent 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip)
