Job Title: Legal Operation Analyst

Location: On-site, Oeiras, Portugal

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

This role focuses on content moderation, specifically reviewing written content on social media platforms. The primary responsibility involves flagging and assessing social media profiles and related content to identify and address issues like fraud or copyright infringement. The analyst will handle legal requests, ensuring compliance with client policies, guidelines, and performance metrics. The position requires strong attention to detail to meet quality standards and deadlines.

This role does not involve typing or watching videos.

Responsibilities:

  • Moderate written content to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement.
  • Review and process legal requests promptly and accurately.
  • Understand and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: No previous experience required; maximum of 12 months experience within content moderation preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Good understanding of KPIs and metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT).
    • Fluent in German.
    • B2 level English.

Recruitment Process:

  • Operations Round Interview and Written Language Assessment

  • Annual Base Salary: 15,260 (including meal and transportation allowances)
  • Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary
  • Language Premium Bonus: 3,240/year
  • Total Annual Compensation: 18,500 gross

  • Type of Contract: 2-month training agreement + 1-year fixed-term contract

Relocation Support (for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal):

  • Bureaucratic support to obtain NIF and NISS

  • Relocation bonus: 2,000 gross (paid with first payroll cycle)
  • Additional 1,000 gross relocation bonus (if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area to Lisbon)
