Overview

Job Title: Customer Support German Speaker with Relocation Package
Department: Sales
Company: Leading Technology Company
Location: Portugal or Porto
Contract Type: CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)
Work Model: On-site

Work Schedule

Shifts: Monday to Friday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Saturday + Sunday: 8:00-17:00 (Rotational Shifts)

Days Off: 2 days off per week

Salary & Compensation

Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months
Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
