Customer Support Specialist

Location: Portugal

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. If youre passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a positive company image and provide personalized solutions to customers.

Requirements:

• Native orFluency in French
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Gross Monthly Salary: 1,251.84 (without housing)
• Vacation Compensation: 78.42/month (Holiday pay included)
• Training Compensation: 185.60/week for the first 4 weeks of training.
• Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage provided by Allianz.
• Annual Benefits: 13th and 14th-month salary, paid monthly.
• Relocation Assistance: Airport pickup and cultural integration activities.
• Duration: 12-month initial contract, extendable for another 12 months, with the potential for a permanent position after 2 years.
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with 2 days off.
• Annual Flight: Round-trip flight within Europe after 12 months of employment (subject to budget).
• Additional Support: Access to the TP Feel Well clinic and shared accommodation options for up to 14 months.
• Language Courses: Portuguese language courses after 3 months (subject to availability).
