About the job Customer Service (Dutch Speaker)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Start Date: 3 July 2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:0017:00

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Work Model: Remote (First month on-site training)

Contract: 6-month CDD

Salary & Benefits

• Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month
• Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (free after 6 months; small contribution required initially)
• Welcome Bonus: Paid in 4 installments (up to 1,000; absenteeism <6%)
• Relocation Support (for candidates moving to Lisbon):
  • Airfare reimbursement: Up to 400 (after 6 months)
  • Accommodation: Room in shared apartment max 12 months (280/month with all utilities included, deducted from salary)
• Paid in 4 equal installments (provided absenteeism is below 6%)
  • 1st: After 3 months (paid in month 4)
  • 2nd: After 6 months (paid in month 7)
  • 3rd: After 9 months (paid in month 10)
  • 4th: After 12 months (paid in month 13)
