About the job Customer Service Advisor Italian Speaker (Lisbon, On-Site)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Contract: Full-time (permanent)

Schedule: 24/7 coverage rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday)

Days off: 2 rotative days per week

What We Offer
  • Meal allowance: 7.63 net per working day
  • Welcome Bonus: 2,000 (for all new onsite hires, for Italian market; available until end of July)
  • Relocation support:
    • From outside Portugal:
      • Shared accommodation (room, all bills included) for up to 12 months (280/month, payroll deducted)
      • Hotel room for 28 days on arrival (project-dependent)
      • Airfare reimbursement (up to 400 in Economy class) after 6 months employment
    • From inside Portugal:
      • Hotel room up to 15 days (project-dependent)
      • Reimbursement of domestic travel (up to 150) after 6 months employment
      • Accommodation available only if currently in competitor housing
  • Selection process: Language assessment + interview(s)
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
  • Onboarding and continuous training
