  • Respond to inbound queries through Chat, email or tickets.
  • Be a guiding light, empowering clients with knowledge and solutions tailored to their unique needs
  • Be a problem-solver, addressing queries and smoothing out any hiccups in the customer experience
  • Innovate and organise, contributing to a seamless workflow and enhanced merchant experiences

Your qualifications

  • Are fluent in European Portuguese (written and spoken at C2 level) with fluency in English (min. B2)
  • Have at least 1 year of customer support experience within a fast-paced organisation
