Amgen Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon is offering a Customer Finance Intern (French speaking) position. The role provides hands-on exposure to accounts receivable, cash collections, and credit management, within an international finance environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Finance and external customers to support daily activities and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is pursuing a university degree in Finance or Economics, fluent in English and

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics or similar.
• Knowledge of basic principles, methods, and practices of Customer Finance and Accounts Receivables.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Cash collections & receivables support – Assist with cash collection activities, monitor outstanding balances, support cash application processes, and help ensure records are maintained accurately.
• Credit & risk management – Support customer credit reviews, monitor credit limits, analyse customer financial information, and contribute to effective credit risk management.
• Financial operations excellence – Help maintain accurate customer master data, support AR reconciliations, record transactions in line with local and corporate requirements.
• Stakeholder collaboration – Partner with internal teams and external customers to resolve payment-related queries and gather cash forecast information.
• Continuous improvement & global teamwork – Contribute ideas to streamline processes and collaborate with colleagues from diverse international backgrounds.
