Your Tasks
  • Be the first contact for customers, account managers, and internal departments via phone, email, customer portal, and online shop.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial issues, manage master data, and coordinate communication with sales engineers.
  • Handle inquiries and purchase orders confidently, using the latest technology, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Sales & Service Responsibilities
  • Issue CRM quotes and follow up proactively.
  • Evaluate and process customer purchase orders using SF-CRM.
  • Administer customer master data and run customer satisfaction surveys (NPS).
  • Manage customer portals and coordinate issues internally.
  • Process supplier forms and perform administrative tasks.
Your Profile

Fluent in German and English, with a commercial qualification. Experienced in sales, logistics, and customer communication. Capable of multitasking and supervising orders and contracts to ensure timely execution while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP (SAP).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Target-oriented, flexible, resilient, and highly customer-focused.
  • Reliable, diligent, and communicative.
