A Inetum procura um profissional experiente para contribuir na implementação e evolução da estratégia de observabilidade, assegurando ambientes eficientes, seguros e conformes com requisitos regulatórios (DORA).

Responsável por definir a arquitetura de observabilidade, desenhar dashboards, SLOs/SLAs e alertas, desenvolver automações com Dynatrace, Python e OpenTelemetry, e otimizar recursos para melhorar a experiência do utilizador.

Qualificações

• Experiência em projetos de conformidade regulatória (DORA).
• Conhecimento de OpenTelemetry e desenvolvimento de extensões personalizadas.
• Proficiente em ferramentas de escritório (Office 365, Teams).
• Inglês técnico (leitura e escrita).

Descrição do cargo Job Description We are looking for a candidate that will be contributing with specialized and experienced knowledge in the implementation and evolution of the organization's observability strategy, contributing to the creation of efficient and secure environments that are aligned with regulatory requirements (DORA), as well as to the efficient management of resources and improvement of the user experience.

Responsabilities:

• Define and maintain observability architecture and strategy, aligned with resilience and regulatory requirements;
• Design and configure dashboards, SLOs/SLAs, and alerts for different stakeholders;
• Develop scriptsand automations for advanced administration and monitoring (Dynatrace, Python, Workflow);
• Implementobservability extensions and tools for non-native technologies and integration with OpenTelemetry;
• Analyze data, optimize queries, and extract key business and capacity/performance management metrics;
• Efficientlymanage resources and licenses in Dynatrace DPS, ensuring compliance with DORA requirements.

Profile

• Analytical skills, results-oriented, teamwork;
• Previous experience in regulatory compliance projects (DORA or others);
• KnowledgeofOpenTelemetry and custom extension development;
• Proficiencyin standard office tools (Office 365, Teams);
• TechnicalEnglish (reading and writing).
