Job summary
Bosch Home Comfort Portugal, Aveiro, is seeking a Mechanical Designer – CAD to join our hybrid engineering team. You will create 3D Cad models in Creo, convert 2D drawings to parametric 3D, and coordinate supplier-provided models within SAP BOM and our Product Configurator.
The role requires a degree in mechanical/ electromechanical engineering, strong CAD skills, and English proficiency; German is a plus. We offer flexible working conditions, on-site health services, and career development
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical area.
- Strong CAD skills with hands-on Creo experience.
- Ability to interpret complex 2D drawings and convert to 3D models.
- Experience with PLM/SAP BOM is a strong plus.
- Good English; German is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create project-specific 3D CAD models and symbols using PTC Creo.
- Convert existing 2D drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Coordinate procurement of 3D models with suppliers and partners.
- Work with Product Configurator (LPK) and SAP BOM to transfer metadata.
- Maintain data integrity across mechanical libraries and digital structures.
