Mission And Responsibilities

• Analysis of Chamber of commerce, power of attorney and other legal documentation of the companies;
• Support the activities mainly related to the onboarding and credit granting process including;
• Check documentation completeness and accuracy review for credit / services requests before KYC and Credit and after submission of documentation by the commercial back-office;
• Manage /guarantees/deposits (extra conditions requested during the credit granting process) and guarantors data and controls;
• Ensuring data quality management in systems especially monthly integrity gaps between NOLS / GCRMS;
• Manage payment (IBAN) registration and modification (4eye principle);
• Manage various related tasks related to contract changes or customers requests;
• Ensure “unacceptable” customers and ensure they can’t subscribe new products/services until KYC is fully updated for soft exit strategy

Internal relationships

• Collaborates with other Risk Managers within the Risk and Compliance Department for overarching risk topics;
• Collaborates with other department leads from Commerce, Finance, Procurement, Remarketing, Customer Service, IT etc.;
