Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of business office experience with AR exposure.
• Professional proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience communicating with customers in a business environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Develop collection strategies to support timely customer payments.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and order-to-cash process gaps.
• Assess order releases based on aging, credit limits, and customer risk.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and assign risk ratings and credit limits.
• Partner with Sales and customers to mitigate credit risks.
• Monitor and contribute to AR KPIs and performance targets.

H.B. Fuller is looking for a Credit Specialist to manage a customer portfolio throughout the accounts receivable cycle. This role focuses on collections, credit assessment, order release management, and resolution of invoice discrepancies. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, to support effective credit management and AR performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Develop collection strategies to support timely customer payments.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and order-to-cash process gaps.
• Assess order releases based on aging, credit limits, and customer risk.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and assign risk ratings and credit limits.
• Partner with Sales and customers to mitigate credit risks.
• Monitor and contribute to AR KPIs and performance targets.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Finance process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
• At least 2 years of business office experience, including Accounts Receivable exposure.
• Professional proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience communicating directly with customers in a business environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other Accounts Receivable systems.
• Professional proficiency in an additional language, such as French, Italian, or Spanish.
• Experience supporting credit assessment, collections, or order-to-cash processes.
