Mercer in Lisbon is seeking a Creative Technologist to bridge creative ambition with technological possibility, collaborating with designers and developers to build systems that power better ideas and faster execution.

You will lead AI integration, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration, while mentoring colleagues and staying ahead of emerging technologies to inform our creative strategies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a role combining creative and technical responsibilities with a portfolio.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs, working with RAG, and developing AI agents.

Responsabilidades

• AI Integration: Introduce and implement AI technologies into creative processes, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
• Prototyping & Development: Design and develop prototypes with the creative team, developers and strategists.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative teams, developers, and strategists to conceptualize and execute projects.
• Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and assess their impact on creative strategies.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop processes that streamline technology integration into creative tasks.
• Mentorship: Guide team members on the effective use of new technologies and tools.
