A fast-growing hotel technology company is seeking a Country Lead DACH to drive sales growth in the DACH region. The role involves building relationships with independent hotels, leading the sales process, and coaching new team members. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in hotel tech B2B sales, be fluent in English and German, and possess exceptional sales skills. This position offers flexible working hours and a remote-first environment.
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Country Lead DACH to join our sales team. This role is instrumental in driving growth in the DACH region and markets by building relationships with independent hotels and chains. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven ability to onboard new clients, and a knack for sharing insights and strategies with the team.

Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing for independent hotels and small chains.
Identify and engage key decision-makers in the hotel industry.
Deliver engaging demos and present tailored solutions to clients.
Overcome objections and close deals effectively.
Transition closed deals seamlessly to the onboarding team.
Maintain up-to-date resources for the DACH region, including forecasts, competitive intelligence, and a robust database of prospects.
Proactively share market insights and learnings with the team.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Establish a strong personal network in the hospitality industry.
Represent the company at key events, building relationships and generating leads.
Coach and mentor new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Propose initiatives to refine outbound sales strategies tailored to the DACH market.
More than 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in hotel tech SaaS B2B sales.
Proven success in selling to hotels, including onboarding chains with >10 properties in the past year.
Strong outbound sales expertise with the ability to independently generate and close opportunities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
Excellent understanding of the DACH hotel industry.
Fluent in English and German (mandatory). Spanish or French is a plus.
Remote. Residing in Portugal, Spain or UK is highly preferred.
