Job Summary

Inviting applications for the role of Corporate Technology – Manager. The IT Site Lead will be responsible for maintaining regular governance with various business and IT stakeholders, ensuring overall site stability and performance from an IT standpoint.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain regular governance processes with business and IT stakeholders to understand site requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with IT strategies.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site's IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to plan, implement, and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify IT needs, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of IT solutions to support business operations.
  • Conduct regular site audits to assess IT infrastructure, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance IT performance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and driving continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance site IT capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the site's IT operations.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address IT-related challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CCNA are a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends
