Job summary

Jobgether is recruiting a Corporate Counsel on behalf of a partner company operating in the autonomous mobility and transportation technology sector. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, negotiate complex commercial agreements (supplier contracts, software licenses), manage compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA), and advise on regulatory matters related to autonomous systems across jurisdictions.

You must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and be admitted to at least one U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent qualification.
• 5–8 years of legal experience required, preferably in tech, automotive, mobility or robotics.
• Experience providing strategic legal guidance on complex commercial agreements and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance to the business across multiple jurisdictions.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements including supplier contracts and software licenses.
• Manage compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA) and enhance regulatory oversight.
• Advise on regulatory matters related to autonomous systems.
