IT House in Porto is seeking a Copilot & Power Platform Specialist for a direct placement with an end client in the Transport & Logistics sector. The role focuses on supporting and expanding the Digital Workplace portfolio with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has an IT degree or equivalent training, strong advisory and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related discipline or equivalent vocational training with several years of IT experience.
• Proven ability to advise on and explain technical solutions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Support and develop the Digital Workplace portfolio, focusing on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio.
• Design, implement, operate and drive evolution of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions.
• Develop, implement and operate the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
• Provide second-level support for M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Create technical concepts, architectures and roadmaps for Digital Workplace services and technologies.
• Own and manage the lifecycle of Digital Workplace products and services.
