Volga Partners is seeking individuals in Portugal for a conversation recording project. Participants will role-play as either a Customer or Support Agent in various customer support scenarios. Each assignment lasts approximately 30 to 90 minutes and requires clear and natural speech in a noise-free environment. Participants will be compensated at $7.00 per hour, with payment dependent on meeting quality standards and deadlines. A basic understanding of Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zencastr is essential.

Qualificações
