We are recruiting for our Technical Assistance Business Unit located in Lisbon.
What you’ll do:
- Budget preparation and control, including variance analysis and proposal of corrective measures
- Production of periodic financial and operational reports to support decision‑making
- Monitoring of KPIs and activity indicators, ensuring the reliability and timeliness of information
- Workforce planning and monitoring (headcount, absenteeism, productivity), ensuring alignment between available resources and operational needs
- Forecasting and capacity planning, identifying resource availability trends and risks
- Development of analytical models and process review, identifying optimisation opportunities
- Support for tender and proposal preparation, coordinating inputs from HR, Operations and Finance and ensuring timely submissions
What you should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role ofworkforce planning and/or controlling
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a structured and detail‑oriented approach
- Strong organisational skills, time management and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate across multiple teams (HR, Operations, Finance)
- Business acumen with a results‑driven mindset, oriented towards planning, process management and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of the metalworking or industrial sector will be valued
