YO IT Consulting is seeking a Contract Specialist to draft, review, and tailor commercial agreements, including MSAs, leases, IP licensing, and marketing contracts. You will deliver high-quality templates and annotated samples to support commercial operations.

The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, experience with remote collaboration, and the ability to produce practical, business-ready documents for real-world use.

Qualificações

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity in contractual language.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Familiarity with MSAs, leases, IP and marketing contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and provide templates, samples, and annotated examples of MSAs, leases, IP licensing, marketing, and licensing agreements.
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Job Description

Scope Of Work

• Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types:
• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Lease Agreements
• Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
• Marketing Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
