ConFlip in Faro is seeking a Contract Software Tester to join our team. You will design and execute test plans, identify defects, and work with developers to ensure high-quality releases.

The role requires both manual and automated testing skills and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with at least two years in testing, plus excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through the use of bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.
• Conduct manual tests as well as develop automated test scripts.
• Continuously improve testing processes by identifying areas for improvement or automation opportunities.
• Communicate test results and progress to project stakeholders on a regular basis.
