Introduction

Content Moderators play an important role in ensuring the safety of online communities. Safeguarding the online communication space can lead to meaningful and rewarding work for a content moderator as the mission of moderation aims to create positive, safe, and inclusive environments for everyone.

This project involves moderation of content and check for data accuracy of products/content (images/text/videos/listings) to ensure that the details provided online are accurate and up to date for one of the Largest Technology giants.

• Norwegian native speaker + fluent in English

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Use product specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to ensure the accuracy of the online content.
• Moderate content to ensure accurate and precise decision is applied in the online space in compliance with client’s policies and guidelines.
• Understanding of the social space (trends, influencers, engagement, things to be cautious of etc.)
• Review the content/data within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Recognize trends and patterns, and elevate issues outside of the established policies
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadline
• Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and process the request
• Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
