Job Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual Content Reviewer and Chatbot Specialist who is fluent in Italian and English to join our growing team. This role is responsible for reviewing, curating, and optimizing chatbot content to ensure high-quality, culturally accurate, and engaging customer experiences across both languages. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about language, AI, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and edit chatbot scripts, FAQs, and automated responses for accuracy, tone, grammar, and localization in both Italian and English.
  • Monitor chatbot interactions and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers, linguists, and product teams to refine conversational flows and ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Translate and adapt content between Italian and English while maintaining contextual and cultural relevance.
  • Flag and resolve issues related to inappropriate or inaccurate chatbot responses.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve natural language processing (NLP) performance.
  • Test chatbot scenarios to ensure functionality and a seamless user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with language trends, regional expressions, and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written); native-level proficiency preferred in at least one.
  • Proven experience in content review, editing, translation, or chatbot/customer service roles.
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and linguistic nuances in both languages.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, NLP tools, or chatbot software is a plus.
  • Basic technical knowledge (e.g., HTML, CMS, or scripting tools) is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with tools like Chatfuel, Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar chatbot platforms.
  • Background in linguistics, content moderation, UX writing, or localization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret chatbot performance data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
