We’re looking for French and English-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international team in Lisbon, representing one of the most trusted names in home appliances. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD), on-site in Lisbon. You’ll work Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 19:00 on a rotational schedule, with Sunday and one additional day off per week.

Compensation package:

• 900/month (14 payments per year)
• 100/month (11 payments per year)
• Annual total: approximately 15,700 (including incentives)
• Plus a special wave incentive of 2,000

Your mission will be to provide excellent customer service for the French market: answering inquiries, troubleshooting appliance issues, and ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth and supportive experience.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with French at native or advanced level and English at B2 level. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and a customer‑first mindset are essential.
