TopTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking a Content Moderator for the Lisbon, Portugal location. The role is full-time and involves reviewing user-generated live video content in Czech, with English support, to ensure compliance and safety across 24/7 operations.

The candidate should be a native or fluent Czech speaker (C1) with English (B2), comfortable with potentially explicit material, and able to work independently or in a team. Accommodation and benefits are provided.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review user-generated live video content for an online platform
• Ensure that minors under the age of admission are not making use of the Livestream function
• Delete and block content according to the policies, as well as filter, organise, and evaluate it

REQUIREMENTS

• Native or fluent in Czech (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2)
• Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
• Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate, violent and/or contain explicit material without bias
• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the team
