• You live in Porto or are ready to relocate.

• Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media.
• Support clients for all questions and inquiries about the product and services.
• Actively optimize processes related to customers to increase satisfaction.
• Closely work with other departments.

About the project

You will be providing services for a Chinese internet technology company headquartered in Haidian, Beijing and incorporated in the Cayman Islands. Founded by Zhang Yiming, Liang Rubo and a team of others in 2012, it developed video-sharing apps. The company is also the developer of a news platform.

Responsibilities

• Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
• Support clients for all questions and inquiries about the product and services
• Actively work on optimizing of all processes related to the customers, to constantly increase the satisfaction of the clients
• Closely work with other departments

Requirements

• Fluency in German (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
• You live in Porto or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
