Job Description: We are looking for an Italian-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. The successful candidate will review and moderate user-generated content across various formats to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Work Schedule: 07:00–16:00; 14:00–23:00; 22:30–07:30. Shifts rotate Monday to Sunday. On-site presence is mandatory.

Compensation: Meal Allowance (net) 7.63 per working day. Transport Allowance: Not provided. Welcome Bonus (for hires from 1 September onwards): paid in 12 equal monthly installments during the first year. Each installment is conditional on having less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month. Note: This bonus is conditional and must not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary package.
