Role:

SharePoint Online Administrator

Location:

Remote, Europe

Required skills:

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
• Experience in SharePoint PowerShell administration (automation, configuration, and management tasks)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and its integration with SharePoint Online
• Understanding of permissions management, site collections, libraries, workflows, and content types
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint Online performance and configuration issues
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Fluency in English and Portuguese

Nice to have:

• Experience with ShareGate (migration and management tool for SharePoint and Microsoft 365)

Tasks:

• Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online environments
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate SharePoint tasks and reports
• Ensure proper governance, security, and access management across SharePoint sites
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of SharePoint Online services
• Support migration projects using ShareGate or other related tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational policies
• Maintain documentation and best practices for SharePoint administration
