As our Content Marketing Manager (German language), you will take full ownership of the words that shape every customer touchpoint. Using data, AI-driven workflows, and close collaboration with our founders and marketing team, you’ll turn precise language into measurable business results.

Tasks

• Create clear, conversion-focused content: Ads, product pages, landing pages, emails, print.
• Own Content Within Marketing Strategy: Align every piece of content with growth goals, funnel stages, and brand messaging. You’re not just writing - you’re helping move the business forward.
• Incorporate SEO Best Practices: Optimize content for search engines to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
• Leverage AI: Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Surfer, Jasper, etc., to scale output without losing quality.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and design to ensure consistency in tone, strategy, and execution across all channels.
• Work Closely with Founders: Engage directly with leadership to shape campaigns, messaging priorities, and new content initiatives.

Requirements

• Native or near-native German with flawless grammar and tone.
• 1+ years of content-marketing experience (e-commerce or DTC preferred) backed by performance metrics.
• Demonstrated AI proficiency: Show concrete examples of AI-driven speed and quality gains (essential for non-native applicants).
• Ownership mindset: Comfortable setting deadlines and hitting KPIs.
• SEO toolkit proficiency: Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush or similar tools.
• Strong ad-copy and headline writing ability.

Additional qualifications

• Familiarity with email CRMs such as Klaviyo or similar tools is a strong plus.
• Experience with running A/B tests and working with CRO tools.
