Vectiq is seeking a Content Coordinator to bridge AI content creation with the strict world of iGaming. You’ll manage real-time site updates across our portfolio, directing AI to draft while applying editorial polish to meet tone and SEO standards.

This role focuses on WordPress deployment, compliance checks, and timely content deployment across platforms. You’ll collaborate with AI tools for drafts, ensure tracking, CTAs, and banners monetize clicks, and maintain daily site health.

Responsabilidades

• Morning: review content scheduled for today and adjust as needed; verify betting odds and ensure brand voice is on point.
• Mid-Morning: update affiliate tracking links, audit CTAs, check site uptime and mobile responsiveness for a seamless user experience.
• Afternoon: create branded graphics or update visuals in Canva/Photoshop; prep weekly newsletter in CRM (Customer.io).
• End of Day: perform final compliance checks, ensure licensing badges and responsible gambling messages are correct.

Most content roles are about writing. This role is about being the engine. At Vectiq, the Content Coordinator is the bridge between high-speed AI execution and the sharp, regulated world of iGaming. You aren’t just posting articles, you are managing the pulse of our digital platforms (like MaxSpinz and PlayCanada) to ensure they are active, relevant, and driving player acquisition every single day.

You’re the person who ensures that when a sports-calendar moment happens or a new product update, our sites are updated in real-time. You’ll be directing AI tools to generate high-quality drafts, then applying your own eye for detail to ensure everything, from the SEO to the provincial compliance, is flawless.

You research trending topics and unique angles by researching trending topics and selecting unique angles that provide real value beyond what the competitors are covering. Once you’ve identified the hook, you’ll direct AI tools to generate high-quality drafts, then apply your own eye for detail to review and edit the output in WordPress, ensuring every piece meets our specific tone of voice and SEO rules. You are the primary point of contact for daily site health and content deployment across the portfolio

What Your Day Actually Looks Like

• Morning: You open your calendar and review the content scheduled for today and make necessary adjustments. You're working with your AI-assisted workflow and generate WordPress articles. You're verifying the latest betting odds for accuracy, and ensuring the brand voice is spot on.
• Mid-Morning: You’re diving into the technical side, updating affiliate tracking links and auditing calls to action to make sure every click is being monetized correctly. You’re checking site uptime and mobile responsiveness, making sure our players have a seamless experience across all devices.
• Afternoon: You’re in Canva or Photoshop, creating a branded graphic for a new game push, then hopping into the CRM (Customer.io) to prep the weekly newsletter.
• End of Day: You’ve run a final compliance check. Every licensing badge and responsible gambling message is where it needs to be.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or website administration, ideally within an affiliate or iGaming environment.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS, including media library and plugin management.
• Comfort directing and editing AI-generated content, with hands-on familiarity with AI writing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms, such as Customer.io, is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with compliance and regulatory requirements in a regulated industry.
• Ability to manage multiple daily deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
