In this role, you will support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and develop complex ABAP programs for HR modules. Qualificações

• 2+ years in SAP ABAP development, ideally in HR modules.

Develop HR solutions (ABAP), through processes improvement, standardization and innovation, ensuring proper support, stability, compliance and accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support and help implement SAP SuccessFactors;
• Develop and debug complex ABAP programs for SAP HR modules;
• Expertise in SAP Business Integration Builder is required;
• Translate functional needs into technical specs and documentation;
• Support software rollouts and updates;
• Collaborate with teams in Europe and South America.

WHO YOU ARE

• Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
• 2+ years in SAP ABAP development, ideally in HR modules;
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Integration Builder;
• Experience with Outsystems, OpenText, and SAP architecture is a plus;
• Proactive, analytical, organized, with strong English skills.
