Efficio is seeking an intern in its new Lisbon office to join the junior Business Analyst cohort. You will collect and analyze large data sets to feed project solutions, supporting day-to-day project delivery and RFP processes while engaging with clients and suppliers.

A path to permanent employment after graduation is possible. Ideal candidates are penultimate-year students with strong analytical skills, fluent English, and excellent communication.

As an intern, your role will be similar to a junior Business Analyst. You will be responsible for:

• Collect and analyse large data sets, providing important inputs to the project teams’ solutions.
• Support the day‑to‑day delivery of projects, e.g., assist with developing and issuing RFPs, evaluating proposals from suppliers, and assist with the visualisation and presentation of analyses.
• Interact with clients and suppliers as required. For successful interns, you will have the opportunity to join the team as a permanent member after you graduate.

Essential Requirements

• An exemplary academic background
• Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• You are in your penultimate year of university, entering your final year (graduation in 2028)

Desirable Requirements

• Fluency in another European language (French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish)
