Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with proven PM experience and strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Construction Project Manager or similar.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project plans.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to mitigate them.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
