A Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) / Tétris procura um(a) gestor(a) de obras para supervisionar projetos comerciais em Lisboa. O candidato ideal tem formação em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura e pelo menos 3 anos de experiência em gestão de obras.

Responsável por coordenar equipas, fornecedores e prazos, assegurando qualidade, orçamento e imagem da JLL. Competências em AutoCAD, MS Project e inglês são valorizadas; modelo de trabalho presencial.

Qualificações

• Diploma em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura
• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em gestão ou supervisão de obras
• Experiência em projetos de construção de retalho ou escritórios (preferencial)
• Boas competências de comunicação e interpessoais
• Mentalidade orientada para o cliente com versatilidade para se adaptar a diferentes contextos
• Capacidade de liderança e atitude proativa
• Boas competências de negociação e orientação para resultados
• Competência avançada em IT: Office, AutoCAD e MS Project
• Bom domínio de Inglês

Responsabilidades

• Gerir todas as fases do trabalho de acordo com o orçamento, planeamento, qualidade e imagem da JLL, assegurando coordenação com todas as partes envolvidas
• Definir, escolher e negociar com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, conforme as especificidades de cada projeto
• Elaborar mapas de controlo de construção, Cost Plan e Dashboard de Gestão de Produção, Procedimentos de Construção, Planeamento, Provas de Recebimentos e Encerramento de Contas, analisando desvios e propondo correções quando necessário
• Solicitar as autorizações necessárias para a execução da obra

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction management or supervision roles
• Experience in retail or office construction projects (highly preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with versatility to adapt to different contexts
• Leadership abilities and proactive attitude
• Strong negotiation skills and results orientation
• Advanced IT skills in Office suite, AutoCAD and MS Project
• Good knowledge of English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all stages of the work in accordance with the budget, planning, quality and JLL image, ensuring coordination with all parties involved
• Define, choose and negotiate with suppliers and service providers, according to the specifics of each project
• Drawing up internal construction control maps, Cost Plan and Production Management Dashboard, Construction Procedures, Planning, Provisional Receipts and Closing of Accounts, analyzing deviations and proposing corrections when necessary
• Requesting thenecessary permits for the work to be carried out.
