Job summary

FamilyFirst Qatar seeks a skilled Concrete Worker to join the Porto team. You will construct, maintain, and repair concrete structures, reading blueprints and using hand or power tools to pour, spread, and finish surfaces on time and to specification.

Ideal candidates have proven concrete experience, knowledge of materials, and strong safety awareness. This on-site role requires physical stamina and teamwork on a busy site in Porto.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and techniques used in concrete work.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately.
• Physical stamina for manual labor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up forms and scaffolding
• Mix concrete according to project requirements
• Pour and spread concrete using hand or power tools
• Smooth and level surfaces using trowels or screeds
• Finish surfaces using power tools or hand tools
• Install anchor bolts, steel plates, or fixtures in freshly poured concrete
• Monitor curing process to ensure proper drying and hardening
• Repair damaged concrete structures by filling cracks or holes
• Follow safety procedures at all times

Concrete Worker

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Porto. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing concrete structures such as buildings, roads, bridges, and dams. You will work with a variety of tools and materials to pour, spread, smooth, and finish concrete according to project specifications.
