• Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment and techniques used in concrete work.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately.
• Physical stamina for manual labor and long hours.
• Attention to detail for precise finishes and measurements.
• Basic math knowledge for measurements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare construction sites by setting up forms and scaffolding.
• Mix concrete according to project requirements.
• Pour and spread concrete using hand or power tools.
• Smooth and level surfaces with trowels or screeds.
• Finish surfaces using power or hand tools.
• Install anchor bolts, steel plates or fixtures in freshly poured concrete.
• Monitor curing process to ensure proper drying and hardening.
• Repair damaged concrete by filling cracks or holes.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
