We are a rapidly growing IT consulting firm in Almada and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing our clients computer systems and processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing new systems as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of clients computer systems and processes
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new systems or processes
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for implementing new systems or processes
• Work closely with software developers to customize solutions to fit clients needs
• Provide training and support to clients on new systems or processes
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++ or Python is preferred but not required
• Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
